There are no extra fees for tolls or credit cards.
Gratuity, while being very much appreciated, is totally optional.
There is an additional fee for extra and oversized luggage on shared-rides. Per passenger, the first checked bag, carryon and personal item are free. Any additional luggage or oversized item (golf clubs, snow boards, rifle case, etc) will be subject to an additional fee.
We have a 48 hour cancelation policy.
We are flexible on working with you to reschedule your pickup at no cost in case of flight cancelations or delays. Contact us as soon as possible in case of travel changes.
Reservations canceled within the 48 hour policy will receive a refund minus the transaction fees (approximately 3.5%). Refunds take 5-10 days depending on your bank.
Reservations canceled outside of the 48 hours might receive a credit based on the situation.
