While we sometimes have drivers available at the airport, we strongly recommend booking in advance for a guaranteed ride.

On a shared ride, depending on the schedule, you will be with one or two other passengers/groups off the same flight and going in the same direction. On a private ride, you will be the only passenger/group in the vehicle.

The cost is based off many details, including your address, number of passengers, time of pickup, etc. You can get an exact quote online or by contacting us.

There are no extra fees for tolls or credit cards. Gratuity, while being very much appreciated, is totally optional. There is an additional fee for extra and oversized luggage on shared-rides. Per passenger, the first checked bag, carryon and personal item are free. Any additional luggage or oversized item (golf clubs, snow boards, rifle case, etc) will be subject to an additional fee.

We have a 48 hour cancelation policy. We are flexible on working with you to reschedule your pickup at no cost in case of flight cancelations or delays. Contact us as soon as possible in case of travel changes. Reservations canceled within the 48 hour policy will receive a refund minus the transaction fees (approximately 3.5%). Refunds take 5-10 days depending on your bank. Reservations canceled outside of the 48 hours might receive a credit based on the situation.

We track your arriving flight the day of your pickup and your driver will be notified of flight delays. However, you can always contact us with flight updates.

The airlines recommend being at the airport 2 hours prior to departure. Missoula and Kalispell being smaller airports, arriving at the airport up to 1 hour before departure is usually enough time.

You can bring as much luggage as you would like. Give us a heads up at the time of reservation if you have some extra luggage for the appropriate vehicle to be dispatched.

Yes, we will provide child car seats and booster seats upon request. There is an extra charge per seat.

Yes! Once you have a reservation and your driver starts your trip, you can track the shuttle location in real time.

You can access your driver's details through your reservation link. Their phone number and vehicle information will be updated 24 hours before your pickup. For scheduled pickups between 12am - 8am, you will receive your driver's phone number ahead of time via text message.

We match the airport schedule. We can schedule reservations for the first flight out and the last flight in. Our phone operators are available to assist you from 7:00am to 11:00pm on weekdays, and 10:00am to 8:00pm on weekends.
