CANCELATION POLICY
We strive to provide reliable and punctual transportation services to our valued customers. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. **Cancellation Window**: Customers must notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund, a credit or avoid any cancellation fees.
2. **Cancellation Process**: Cancellations should be made by contacting our customer service team via phone or email. Please provide your reservation details for swift processing.
3. **Cancellation Fees**: Cancellations made within the 48-hour window are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total fare. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will result in a forfeiture of the full fare.
4. **Refunds**: Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame will be processed promptly using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. **Exceptions**: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
6. **Changes to Reservation**: Any changes to the reservation, including pickup time or location, must be communicated to us as soon as possible, subject to availability.
7. **No-shows**: Failure to notify us of a cancellation or being unavailable at the scheduled pickup time will be considered a "no-show" and will result in the forfeiture of the full fare.

HOME PICKUP POLICY
At AIRPORT SHUTTLER, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable transportation services to ensure your convenience and satisfaction. In order to maintain our high standards of service and accommodate the needs of all our customers, we would like to bring to your attention an important aspect of our operations regarding home pickups.
Unlike airport terminals pickups where we can adjust schedules within a reasonable margin, home pickups require precise timing to ensure timely arrivals for all passengers. Unfortunately, we do not have the same luxury of buffer time for home pickups due to the nature of early morning scheduling and commitments to other customers.

We kindly request that you are ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Our drivers are instructed to adhere strictly to the agreed-upon schedule to avoid any delays for other passengers.

It is essential to understand that tardiness for home pickups not only impacts your own travel plans but also has a ripple effect on the schedules of other passengers who are relying on our services. In instances where passengers are not ready at the agreed-upon time, our drivers will regrettably need to depart without further delay to maintain our service commitments.
